Submitting your applications will not get you paid.

Getting those policies issued will get you paid!

Check your Pending
You don’t get paid for pending apps! Be proactive about following up on your business with the carriers and doing what’s needed to move things along. Your client isn’t covered and you won’t be compensated for your work until the policy is issued.

When can I check my app status?
E-Apps: You’ll know the status of the application upon submission of your e-app.

What if my app is not on the carrier's site?
If you are contracted with the carrier and 24 business hours have passed but you cannot see your app on the site, call the carrier. They’ll be able to tell you if they received the app and if they have any pending items.

What if the carrier doesn't have my app?
If you’ve only checked online and do not see it, call the carrier.
If you’ve called the carrier and confirmed that they do not have it, tell your Agency Owner.

My app has pending issues, now what?
Do you what you can to resolve the issues. If you’re unsure how to resolve the problem contact the carrier or your mentor/upline and ask what you need to do.

How often should I check pending?
Ideally, you should check it every day until the app is issued.
