Dialing

Dialing is simple!

1. Make a goal to set X number of appointments. Create a quiet space. Get out the Activity Report, leads, Intake Form and your calendar.

2. If they don't answer after 3 attempts, text them something like this. See the Calendly information below to learn how to text them a link to your calendar event.

3. If they DO answer the call, recite the script then fill in the blank, "I have here that... (confirm their age, DOB and mortgage amount)

4. Ask the Intake Form questions. Start with "Are you a tobacco user?... What's your DOB/age, then height & weight? Spouse?" Ask the additional questions on the form.

5. Put the appointment in your calendar. On Calendly, create the calendar event for Mortgage Protection. Have the client confirm that they got the text.

6. Tie the appointment down so they show up. Tell them to write your name, the date & time down. Ask, "Can I count on you 100% to be at this appointment?" Make sure BOTH spouses are present. You can also have them write your name & license number.

7. Keep track of your week's activity so your agent mentor can help you if you have issues.
