What is Casework?

Casework: research and select products for your client based on the information you gathered from them on the Client Qualification Form.

Focus. Give your attention to one client at a time. This product could have a huge impact on their family at a difficult time. Respect that.

Care. Think about what your client's life would be like if death occurred. What face amount makes sense? What amount can they qualify for and from which carrier? How much can they afford?

1. Have the Client Qualification Form in hand and be sure to ask all of the applicable health questions and mortgage information.

2. On your computer, open up SFG Quotes to explore possibilities. You can also find additional resources here.

3. When in doubt, call the carrier! You can find all of the Carrier phone number and Agent Resources in HQ, on the left hand side, under Carrier Resources.

4. Reach out to your What's App friends and ask for help.
